  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order number required
  • Final Sale Items: Swimwear bottoms and bikini tops purchased during clearance events cannot be returned

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

About Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate swimwear items cannot be returned:

  • Swimsuit bottoms (bikini and one-piece)
  • Bikini tops purchased during clearance events
