Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We’ve got two sunny shipping options to get your summer essentials to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after our quick 1-2 day processing
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after processing
Because summer waits for no one, we process all orders within 1-2 business days!
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide from our sunny Florida headquarters! Well, almost worldwide – we currently can’t reach:
- A few remote areas (we’re working on expanding our reach!)
- Some parts of Asia due to customs restrictions
Wherever we can ship, we ensure careful packaging to protect every bead and texture of your new swimwear.
How can I track my order?
We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You’ll be able to follow its journey straight to your doorstep! If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at

What if my package seems delayed?
Summer heat can sometimes slow things down! Here’s what to do:

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your Shade & Shore pieces as much as we do! You have
15 days from when you receive your order to initiate a return. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging if possible
Pro tip: Our mix-and-match collections mean you can easily exchange for a different size without losing that perfect color combination you fell in love with.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Starting a return is easy:

- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange

All regular-priced items are eligible for refunds when returned within our 15-day window. Sale items may be exchanged for store credit or a different size/color, depending on availability. This will be noted clearly on the product page if any restrictions apply.
